May have save our baby girl's life
Now that our baby girl is almost 7 months old, she can easily turn over on her stomach during the night, which I know puts her at additional risk for SIDS. Thank God I have this movement-sensing monitor. Last night was the the third time in the last two months that we were woken up by the monitor alarm. I wish I could say that she had moved off the sensor, but all 3 times she had rolled onto her stomach right above where the sensor is placed, so the breathing monitor alarming could only mean that she either did, indeed, stop breathing for at least 20 seconds, or she was in such a deep sleep that she was breathing so shallowly that the monitor wasn't picking up ANY movement from her. I guess there is no way to know, but since we have it set at max. sensitivity, I have to think that without this monitor, we might have lost our precious little angel. I don't even want to think where we might be right now without this monitor alerting us those three times. THIS MOVEMENT SENSOR MONITOR IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD.

peace of mind...
This monitor gives us such peace of mind when our son is sleeping. So many of our friends have the video monitors, but even though you can see your baby, how can you tell they are breathing? As far as false alarms, we only had one and it was because he wiggled off of the pad. We would recommend this monitor to anyone with children.

Peace of mind
This monitor has kept me from ever wondering if my baby is breathing in the middle of the night. I test it frequently and it works. There has NEVER been a false alarm (everyone warned me I would lose my mind if it went off by accident, it hasn't). The only drawback, the channel is not so clear, there is static when you listen to it, but the peace of mind knowing he is ok is worth every penny. (I have a cheaper fisher price monitor for when I just want to monitor noise during the day, but I would not have another monitor for his bedroom.)

Piece of mind...Priceless
This monitor is a truly heaven sent. When we moved our daughter into her crib, this is what gave us the piece of mind to be able to get through the night with some sleep instead of lying awake worrying if she was going to quit breathing and us not realize it. I have not had any false alarms, but have to say that I would rather have a false alarm than not an alarm at all.

This is a must have for new moms
I wanted this monitor because I knew that being a first time mom I would be running to check on my son every 5 minutes. This monitor features a ticking noise that ticks with every movement my baby makes. Plus, you can turn the ticking off at night. My only problem is my fiance taking our son out of his cradle at night and forgetting to turn the monitor off so the alarm goes off. If you're a first time mom or have a preemie this is a must have.
