Nice switch, bad longevity
(1 out of 5) by Drictor on Jun 12, 2007I had two of these fail in the last week. Both are about a year old. The first one has a couple of ports that stopped working, and the second completely died overnight. They're plugged into UPS's, so power surges didn't cause the problem. I'm really dissapointed!

Reliable Basic Switch
(5 out of 5) by Brock Eastman on May 9, 2007I have deployed several of these switches in a large environment. This series of switch has proven reliable everywhere we have deployed them. For a small, unmanaged switch it seems to be the best choice available. Crossover detect is becoming a more common feature, and is a real time saver. I have also seen this switch overcome cabling deficiencies where other "mini-switchs" have failed.

Works Great

Connected my PS3, Xbox360, directtv, TV to computer,TV, granddaughter PC, and my extender for my bedroom TV. NO MORE WIRELESS slow connections. Connected everything itself. Next will be my refrigerator.
