I haven't had this TV very long but I am very happy with it. Easy to set up. Excelent sound system,great picture. I think it was a very good deal.

For a company that makes only two models of tv (20" & 27") this is a very good TV. I have been using it for over a week now and I have had no problems. The picture looks great, and even better when you connect your dvd player to the componet video inputs. The remote isn't the best I've seen, but it gets the job done. I look forward to also buying the 27" version, very soon. Great job Jensen!!

I've had my Q2749J for a couple months now. It seems to work great; the picture is clear, the sound works fine (although I use an external sound system). Since the first day, however, whenever there is a lot of white on the screen, the tube makes a weird grinding noise. I can't seem to find any warranty information and jensen.com is down at the moment. Of course watching tv at loud volume levels covers this noise up, but it doesn't seem to be a problem to ignore.

I just got this tv and I think it is GREAT for the price. I have no problems with it all....except having to buy a stand for it because it is so big! I have no problems with sound or picture and highly recommend buying this tv if you are contemplating it! Some people say they hear a buzzing sound - not me - Maybe I am lucky, but I don't hear a thing but the great sound of the tv.

I basically bought this for the price and reviews from here. I'm pretty happy with it. It's definitely a difference from my old television.
