This is absolutely and by far the best monitor I have had. I have used a couple of namebrand 15" monitors in the past but the performance of this monitor far surpasses that of those monitors.
I did my due diligence and looked up the PC world monitor (Oct and Dec issue) reviews and guess what. This is the only unrecognizable name in the top five (the oct issue has NEC (twice), Sharp, Compaq and Cornea in the top five). The price is very reasonable too! I strongly recommend this monitor. No trouble so far!!!!

good picture but bad quality
helped my friend buy one, first one DVI had no signal, exchanged; 2nd one analog had no signal.
amazon's customer service is good, hassel free return and exchange, although it took me a while to find a 800 number for my friend.
cornea tech support sux. when I suspected the DVI cable was defective, they wanted to charged me $30 for a replacement, when I argued, they never reply me.
this monitor has excellent picture quality with either analog or DVI input; color is bright; response time in FPS games is very good; for $449 with no tax and free shipping, I was wishing I could afford it before I know about its bad quality and lousy tech support.
my friend will stick with the one with good DVI signal but no analog signal, cross my fingers for him... because I recommended this one to him, hopefully won't disappoint him and his son - the user.

Satisfied Customer
I have had this monitor for two days now. I've been in the market for a new flat panel LCD monitor for about two months. I initially purchased a Sceptre 19" monitor for $595. The image was fine and I was pleased with the monitor, however, the 1 year warranty and the unwillingness of Sceptre to provide an additional warranty package on their product led me to look elsewhere. I purchased the Cornea mainly because they offer a three year warranty from the date of purchase and not from the date of manufacture as a lot of other LCD makers do.
One problem, I original had the monitor set at a non-native resolution. This caused some text to flicker. Once I switched to a native setting, the problem was fixed.

TWO BAD ONES IN A ROW
First one last less than 24 hours before it had huge green splotches all over the screen and refresh rate went to heck. Blacks looked green. Sent back to Amazon with no problem. Made 5-30-2003.
Second one lasted 6 days then had a red line constant on the screen in the middle. Sent back to Amazon, no problem, refunded money. Built 5-30-2003
No dead pixels, great pciture, super low price at the time of $449 free ship when it worked but 2 failed in a row is two too many would never buy another Cornea. Dell and Hp make much more reliable LCD's we buy hindreds at work and NEVER had they sort of problems EVER
Excellent montor
Have been using this for a couple of years now.
It has funcitoned flawlessly and looks great.
(And the size of the screen even appears bigger than
than on my 20" iMac.) Very satisfied.
