Superb LCD

This is one of the best LCDs I have ever seen or used. The physical build quality and performance are excellent. One would be hard-pressed to find a faster LCD via an analog input. The only doubt is longevity... because until I haved owned it for 3-years or so, I really won't know what the durability and stayability (is that a word?) of the backlight and pixels will be. Also, I would not recommend this monitor for use by a graphics professional who demands absolute color accuracy, as is the case with most LCDs. But overall the contrast, brightness, color and saturation are very, very good.
Excellent monitor

The flicker of ordinary monitors gives me migraine headaches, and as such I tend to avoid them. I had been unable to use my ordinary desktop computer for long until I got this monitor, having instead to use an old laptop that's threatening to fall apart. This is my first LCD monitor besides built-in laptop monitors, and so far it is superior in every respect.
Images and text are viewable from any angle. The brightness, contrast, and color are excellent, as are the menus for controlling these. It is easy to set up and use without a manual, and the external construction is sturdy. The only things I question are not only how long the monitor itself will stay this functional, but also how long it will take before I need to replace the power supply -- power supplies of this kind have proved short-lived in the past, not due to failure on the part of the power supply, but due to failure on the part of the. cord coming out of it. The design of the power-supply cord makes it hard to replace only the cord, instead forcing most customers to buy a new power supply when that cord fails. As of yet, though, everything works perfectly on the first try, and I look forward to the ability to use the desktop again, as well as having a better external monitor for the laptop.
