I had a little problem with the installation, due to the fault of my computer, not the installation software. I called Delkin and they bent over backwards helping me get the device up and working properly. I would highly recommend this product. It performs exactly as promised by the manufacturer.

I am running Windows 98SE. I simply installed the driver for this product, shut down the computer, plugged the drive into a USB port and restarted the computer. First time I tried I pulled down approx 85 digital pix from my Memory Stick in about 50 seconds. Also came with some pix software. Good product!!

Just wanted to let the mac users out there that the card reader works well on the Mac too. No drivers were necessary on OSX 10.1.5 but the installer CD does come with drivers for Mac OS 8.6 and up if needed. Very easy intall... just plug it it.

I didn't see any mention of this anywhere, but for all you Mac users out there; it is Mac compatible. No drivers were necessasary on OSX 10.1.5, but the CD does come with Mac drivers for earlier OS versions. Just plug it in to the USB port and push a card in and the card shows up on the desktop as a mounted drive. If it wasn't so ugly or if it was a bit cheaper I think I would have givin it a 5 out of 5.

Simple installation, easy to use. It does what it advertises!
