Cable not dependable

The seller did send it out relatively quickly; however, the U.S. Post Office near Washington, D.C. had it in their facility for five days (I know this because I tracked it being logged in at that facility every day). LOUSY USPS service on this.
In order to ensure correct color when connecting my pc to my 40" tv, I must move the cable around a bit and somehow keep it in a certain position. It seems that the module that is located close to one end of the cable is affecting the signal. Kind of a hassle, but it does work and the video quality is O.K. when I get the cable in just the right position. And, yes, the connections are tight...
Would I buy it again? Yes, because the length is good, the cable is heavy, and I CAN get it to work. For the price, can't do better.
