Get one!

Aug 24, 2002 - By Steveaz (Queen Creek, AZ)

I have had one dangling on a key chain for the past four months, in and out my pocket with the loose change and slapping against the steering column as I swerve around bends, etc, etc..... to anyone thinking of getting this device; DO IT.
Working off power from your PC via USB, it comes with a small program to install. I put that program on my home XP but when I went to work I forgot the software. My Work Win 2000 machine recognized it without it! It transfers files rapidly and has many uses.

I actually have the secure, smaller 16MB model requiring password input (just in case). I only bought the smaller unit as I wasn't sure if it would stand up to daily abuse, or simply fall off and get lost. If I had more money I would buy the 1 GB model instead of a removable or external storage device, but that sort of decision would depend on individual requirements.

Bottom line: Get one and enjoy the tremendous convenience it offers, even if you get a small capacity model, you'll be thankful on many occasions.
