Does the job, a few gripes
(3 out of 5) by Casper Paludan on Mar 22, 2003 (New York, NY USA)Good stuff, but there is room for improvement. The software runs incredibly slow on my machine, unlike other programs. The labels will tear unless you detach them with *great* care, a very time-consuming process which I feel is unnecessary. But once the label is on it looks great.

frustrating

I spent some time "calibrating" my printer and the result was perfect...on regular printer paper. However, when you printed on their label paper, the result was way off from the template. I, finally, gave up trying to coordinate my printer with their paper and threw the whole thing out.

(5 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Oct 29, 2002To anyone who saw my review of this model or a different one, I am sorry for what I said. The truth is that you MUST calibrate your printer first, and then do labels, other wise it will always be off. Sorry, it's a great product
