Amazon sent me a 50 pack of the Black CD-R's. They work great, so far I have burned 25 audio CD's and only had one defective CD. (acceptable) They work in my stereo, all my computers, and in my car. The sound quality and you can burn 80 min CD's!

Great blank CDs. Not really much to say, they're blank CDs. The black looks pretty cool, and doesn't show scratches as much as other light colored CDs if thats your concern... Maybe a tad bit overpriced.

These CD's are in my opinion FAR superior to any other CD I've ever burned on. I got them just for the heck of it when they were on sale at a local retailer, and I haven't been able to bring myself to buy anything else. These things hold up the best of any CD-R I have in my collection. What about usability? My best friend has an older car stereo/cd player in his truck. The thing can read very few other burned CD's but with these, we haven't seen one problem to date! And c'mon, how cool is it to hand someone a BLACK CD? Most people have never even seen one, save those that own a playstation. BUY THESE!

"gold" on black... the top dosn't work). i suggest using a label, but nothing out there is going to make this look good, at least the bottom rocks.

black CDRs are taughted for their resistance to UV rays (in terms of ruining the CD).

Great product slick design works fine and fast on my plextor 24 and 40 x + drives , also for the peoples who say there files are gone you probally did multisession when you burn a cd make sure you have finalize option clicked.
