I bought this surge protector one month ago after doing some research when a piece of equipment died on me twice.
Now everything works great and I haven't had a single problem; I'm very happy with it.

If I was a fussbudget, I'd remove a star for poor visual design, but then again... I'm a big fan of Apple. This is a very powerful surge protector for a great price. There's a reason why it's highly recommended on the Audio Visual forums. I had one for about a year, then purchased the same model for my laptop/monitor/etc.

I have been using and selling this item for about 5 years now. Last year I had a major power surge at home that literally fried every surge protector that I had plugged in around the place (including 3 Isobars & a battery back-up/surge protector) the only electronics that survived were the ones that were plugged into the Isobars. Those Isobars were burned to a crisp inside, but they did the job when everything else failed to stop the surge from getting through to blow out the electronics that were plugged into them. I only use & recommend the Isobar brand now.
