I've been working for a library more than 5 years and I really can say this is one of a kind printer. We used them to print out on different medias from bond to library cards. We've printed thouthands of pages and library cards using the tractor feeder during 8 non-stop hours for more than 3 years. If you're looking for a good 4WD high quality printer, this is a good choice. It won't let you down.

One Warning: if your are using Windows 2000/XP you wont find certified drivers, even from Panasonic itself (as far as I know...). The uncertified driver you'll find doesn't support the 'User defined' paper size feature found on Win 9x/ME driver so, if that's your case, consider this fact before buying.

We were looking for a good hard-working printer for our reports and invoices. We had some Epsons and HP dot matrix printers but both were kind of expensive because of its maintenance. We decided to try this printer and certainly we love it from the first time we use it. We were very impressed and we decided to retire our old Epsons and HP and replace them for these printers. We've been working with them for more than 6 years and we have more than 20 all around our offices and only we had to replace 1 printer head on all this years. Maybe the only con we have detected is that the ribbons are not too easy to find in some places. You have to check that on your own location.
