Just plain awesome!
(5 out of 5) by Peter Jang on Apr 30, 2009 (Houston, TX)What can I say? Don't accept substitutes! It was very easy to hot swap the old battery out without having to turn anything off. Inserted my old battery into the shipping box with pre-printed label and shipped it out.

APC batteries are the best deal

Amazingly easy to change
