I like it! Needs a bit of work, but I like it.
I have a Microsoft keyboard with the "wave" design. This wrist rest pad didn't work well with it in the normal position because of the straight edge on that side so I turned it around so the wave on the wrist rest pad was the mirror image of the wave of the keyboard. That worked alright but worked even better when I took a utility knife and cut away the excess fabric on the wave side so there would be a more snug fit between the keyboard and wrist pad. The excess fabric wasn't missed at all and didn't harm the wrist pad, it just had the company's advertising printed on it.
So, this product gets an extra star from me for the flexibility it has to work with both a straight-edged keyboard and a wave-shaped keyboard.
As for the job it does in providing comfort, it stands out there too. Very comfortable, the right amount of support and height and a comfortable padding that molds to your wrists. It has a rubber backing like the sole of your favorite pair of sneakers and a good, heavy weight to it so it doesn't easily slide around or fall off the keyboard tray while in use.
My only complaint with it is the extremely strong chemical smell it has. If you've experienced the smell of those memory foam mattresses or pillows, this has a similarly strong chemical smell. I've had the wrist rest pad for 3 weeks now and it still has a strong smell that you are very aware of while sitting at the computer. It is slowly dissapating, but right now, it still has a stank. If you can endure the stank, you'll like the comfort this product gives.

smells horrible
the gel pad works great, and i am very pleased with the comfort it gives.
However, the thing smells REALLY bad. its like a burnt rubber and paint combo. I cracked it open and used it for about half an hour and started feeling really sick and got a headache. I highly recommend airing this thing out for a few days or something before you use it. This has to be against some sort of safety or hazardous inspections. this is not your ordinary smell.

i love it
i was having pain in my wrist from all the time I spend working on the computer. i bought one of these and the mouse wrist pad and i havent felt pain in my wrists since. i absolutely love them.
Cheaply Made
I have used this product for less than two month. I have owned it for about three months but say less than two months because I do not sit at my PC every day as would an Adm. Assistant. The seam has failed and the stuffing is squeezing out. The wave design IMHO is just an excuse to skimp on materials, and cheap materials at that! I've had other products which lasted two years before the seal holding the stuffing failed. The stuffing consists of a thin rectangle of foam surrounded by a softer dense foam which feels like semi-dried latex chalking. Better products have a solid core of silicon jel which cushions the wrist while retaining it's shape for years. I may as well just be using the neoprene backing at this point.
Torn
We had two, both came apart within two months. Comfortable while they lasted, but surely wouldn't be buying again.
