This is our first digital camera and, so far, I am pretty impressed. I expected much less due to the low price of $30 after rebate! It was VERY easy to install the software and get the camera plugged in to my computer. Unlike other people who have reviewed this camera, there aren't any problems with the Polaroid software working with my HP scanner software. Photos download very quickly, no time spent waiting around. Thumbs up!

I bought this camera for my five year old daughter so that she could take pictures and I would not go broke on film development costs. The after-rebate cost ... seemed acceptable. However, three months after I purchased the camera, I still do not have the.. rebate check and my recent phone calls went unreturned. The check was supposed to be sent within six weeks. The rebate is imperative to this purchase because the camera is not functional for much more than use by little children and is not worth the pre-rebate price.

The best thing about this camera is the software it comes with. My 12 and 17 year-olds love putting their "head" on the bodies of musclemen, pin-up girls, superheroes, on one-dollar bills, etc. The software is very simple and intuitive. True, you won't get seriously-sharp, professional photos with this, but this is a camera for fun and for learning. Highly recommend it for kids -- but don't get it if you're looking for a serious digital camera.

sorry gang but if you have Win 98 DO NOT get this camera it does not work with Win 98 and the packaging doesn't say so. I got it while I still had Win 95 and expected it to still work when I upgraded to 98. Signed a VERY UNHAPPY CAMPER :( don't blame Amazon though since I got it elsewhere but this was a place I could warn others intending to buy it.

This camera looks cool and the pictures come out great! I love the combo between instant and digital. I would reccomend this camera to anyone!The software is really fun to use.
