Just Pityful

It has good sound but the picture is like standard VHS resolution when you record things in ep the picture is bad you can only get the best picture from it by using SP. If you wan the best picture quality you should go with the Toshiba W708 6-Head VCR.

Excellent vcr
(5 out of 5) by Keema on Feb 10, 2001 (Dallas, Tx USA-Oak Cliff)This has the best picture ever. The picture is solid, and the audio is just flat out good. The silver finish matches sony's line of wega tvs. I suggest consumers use monster cable for best audio and video.

(1 out of 5) by Amazon Customer on Nov 29, 2001i don't know about the vcr slvn80 or dvd player that it matches but, these guys are selling new and even used sony home equipment for more than what i find in my local stores! don't think that because it's on amazon that whatever you are buying is a good deal-my advice is to double check prices elsewhere first.
