It is compact and convenient to use, powerful as compared with those tiny flash drive. But there are products can carry up to 60 GB in same size. This 6.4 GB is way too behind. Not worth at all. You can find similar HD case for less than $30, and can add on Hard drive of any size up to 60 GB by yourself. easy and flexible. My recommendation is at least 30 GB.

I don't use this for a laptop...rigged it for a handheld.

It works great. The performance is on the money and the price is great. Who wants to spend the money on those "girly" drive cards when you can rock with the Archos.

Check out there website...they make things that you didn't even know existed. Maybe they will make the first teleporter so I don't have to worry about car insurance anymore?

For those of us with smaller internal HD's (like for older laptops) this one will definatly make life a little easier. The performance is good although I havn't run any comparisons or benchtests or anything, I would say its denfinatly worth the money.
