it's comfortable, and that is what I bought it for. Nothing else to say.

The Most Comfortable Mouse Pad You Will Ever Own!!!

(5 out of 5) by Shazam_I_Am on Aug 14, 2008
I have to say this mouse pad has far exceeded anything I hoped for. When I first opened the box it was shipped in I was very put off. There was a Very, Very strong chemical smell. I chalked it up to something in the packaging material. It turns out that was not where the smell was coming from. It was the mouse pad itself. Having worked in a shoe factory years ago I was able to identify the smell as an industrial glue. The smell hung around for a couple of days. Now, 1 week after having received my purchase if I put my nose close to the pad, it still carries the faint smell of industrial glue. I would caution those with allergies and/or asthma to consider this prior to purchase. As an asthmatic I can say it did affect my breathing some what. That seems to have gotten better as the smell has lessened. I have finished with my public health warning. On to the mouse pad.
It is simply the best mouse pad I have ever used. I have had wrist problems for over 4 years now. I have had swelling and pain from my right pinkie finger to my elbow as a result of console gaming and lots of keyboarding work. In the past week my swelling has greatly reduced. My pain is almost gone. My wrist sits perfectly on the wrist rest. The pad actually cradles my wrist. The wrist rest moves with my hand, so well and with so much support, it seems to be an extension of my body. A new improved appendage. I have found myself resting my wrist on the pad even while not computing but just sitting at my desk. It truly is that comfortable. I already have plans to purchase two more for friends as Christmas gifts. Worth Every Cent! Go For It! You Will Not Be Disappointed!

Much more comfortable than my old gel mousepad

(4 out of 5) by O. Chern on Jul 27, 2005 (Philadelphia, PA USA)
I really like how the gel wristpad is rather fat and wide compared to my old mousepad. It also feels much more comfortable.

The mousepad itself is a little flimsy though.

Great in preventing RSI and CTS!

worst mousepad ever

(1 out of 5) by sulik on Oct 3, 2008 (california)

ok first of all the mouse pad is smaller than you think, which is bad if you are going to game with it.

Second, the synthetic material they used feels really nice to the skin and is the main reason why I picked this mouse pad.

However, it is easily the worst material possible as a mouse surface. I CANNOT use ANY wireless optical mice on this surface. I tried 3 and the mice stop responding when used on this surface.

Also from what I can tell, it causes a LOT of friction which means it takes more effort to move the mouse across the pad. I can actually HEAR the mouse when I move it around.

The only positive feedback I can give is the shape, size, and feel of the wrist support. which is exactly what I was looking for.

In the end, I cut off the pad area from the wrist support and stitched my old mouse pad onto the wrist support.

seriously tho... a mouse pad that doesn't work? wtf?

Doesn't work with my Microsoft Optic mouse

(1 out of 5) by Boston Name on Dec 13, 2008 (Boston, MA)
This mouse pad does not work with my optic wireless mouse. The material is not condusive and the arrow does not track at all with mouse movements - it is not even close.
