I bought two of these fax machines (not from Amazon); one had the "promotional" paper tray, the other didn't. Thus, I suggest waiting until you receive the fax before ordering the paper tray from Panasonic, to see whether or not it is included.

I discovered that by calling Panasonic, you can order a stacking tray that this fax machine doesn't come with. Part # PFZXFP101MB. They quoted me $8.35 + shipping / tax.

The person I talked to said that Panasonic realized that they made a big mistake by not including these stacking trays, and they have been a very popular item to order.

All machines pretty much do the same stuff, but this machine can actually save you money if you have to send faxes internationally. There's an Internet Fax feature called IQ fax which works great, and saves me more than half on International Long Distance.

The best value for personal use and/or small home-based office.
Other than an awkward provided tray, I manage at least to provide a box underneath it so that the incoming faxes don't just fly away and get lost under the table!

Very nice machine. It has a lot of nice features that the others don't. Hey and how about that price.
