A value for money performance booster

Oct 25, 1999 - By Amazon Customer

If your motherboard has space for another DIMM, then throw in this RAM for an instant performance boost. I used to have 32Meg of Ram, but with the addition of this 64 meg, i now have 96meg of powerful ram that makes executions of programs and the internet so much quicker. Buy one of these rather than spending more on a whole new CPU. Its cheaper and has a similar impact.

Unbeliavable speed!

Dec 1, 1999 - By Amazon Customer

I have a 350Mhz computer with 32 Megs of RAM and it was extremely slow. I added 2 of these 64 Meg Rams and it made my computer 4 times faster! It runs programs, prints and does everything 4 times faster. I shopped around and Amazon.com has the lowest price I found, even lower than some online computer stores. I definately recommend this if your computer is taking for ever to do anything.

Win98, 32 megs of RAM, need speed? Add 64 megs.

Feb 20, 2000 - By E. Stoddard (Vashon, WA USA)

Almost anyone running Win98, and wanting good performance from their computer, will need a minimum of 64 Megs of RAM. However, if you multitask (using several programs at the same time, ie, Word, browser, e-mail program), or use the Internet to surf, or play games on or offline, believe me, you want 96 to 128 megs of RAM. The added RAM will make applications startup faster, surfing the Internet go quicker, and game playing will be much improved (especially on the Internet) -- in short, your computer experience will be more enjoyable. PNY puts out some of the better RAM on the market.
